Description and fund objective

Invesco S&P 500 UCITS ETF Acc tracks the issuer-declared index: S&P 500® Total Return (Net) Index. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.05%, plus 0.00% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is synthetic replication (via a swap contract); income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The fund has assets of about 52.9 billion euro, was launched on 20 May 2010 and is domiciled in Ireland. In our registry it is the largest by assets among the 4 ETFs declaring the same index.

The fund’s objective — in the issuer’s words

Investment objective: The objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the S&P 500 Index (the "Index"), less fees, expenses and transaction costs.

Keep reading the KID section ▾

Redemption and Dealing of Shares:The Fund's shares are listed on one or more Stock Exchange(s). Investors can buy or sell shares daily through an intermediary directly or on Stock Exchange(s) on which the shares are traded. In exceptional circumstances investors will be permitted to redeem their shares directly from the Umbrella Fund in accordance with the redemption procedures set out in the prospectus, subject to any applicable laws and relevant charges. Investment approach: The Fund is a passively managed ETF. To achieve the objective the Fund will use unfunded swaps ("Swaps"). These Swaps are an agreement between the Fund and an approved counterparty to exchange one stream of cash flows against another stream but do not require the Fund to provide collateral, on the basis that the Fund has already invested in a basket of equities and equity related securities (namely shares). Please note that the Fund will purchase securities that are not contained in the Index. The performance of the Index is swapped from the counterparty to the Fund in exchange for the performance of equities and equity related securities held by the Fund. The Fund uses derivatives for investment purposes. The use of such instruments may impact the magnitude and frequency of the fluctuations in the value of the Fund. The Fund’s ability to track the Index performance is reliant on the counterparties to continuously deliver the performance of the Index in line with the swap agreements. The insolvency of any institutions acting as counterparty to derivatives or other instruments, may expose the Fund to financial loss. The Fund’s base currency is USD.

Intended Retail InvestorThe Fund is intended for investors aiming for long term capital growth, who may not have specific financial expertise but are able to make an informed investment decision based on this document, the supplement, and the prospectus, have a risk appetite consistent with the risk indicator displayed below and understand that there is no capital guarantee or protection (100% of capital is at risk). Practical Information Fund Depositary: Northern Trust Fiduciary Services (Ireland) Limited, George’s Court, 54 – 62 Townsend Street, Dublin 2, Ireland Find out more: This document is specific to the Fund. Further information about the Fund can be obtained from the supplement, the prospectus, annual and interim reports. The prospectus, annual and interim reports are prepared for the Umbrella Fund, of which the Fund is a sub-fund. These documents are available free of charge in English. They can be obtained along with other information, such as share prices, at https://etf.invesco.com (select your country and navigate to the Documents section on the product page), or by calling +353 1 439 8000. The assets of the Fund are segregated as a matter of Irish law and as such, in Ireland, the assets of one sub-fund will not be available to satisfy the liabilities of another sub-fund. This position may be considered differently by the courts in jurisdictions outside of Ireland. Subject to satisfying certain criteria as set out in the prospectus, investors may be able to exchange their investment in the Fund for shares in another sub-fund of the Umbrella Fund which is being offered at that time. The Index: The Index measures the performance of the large-cap segment (i.e. leading companies with large market capitalisations) of the United States market. It includes 500 US companies with a market capitalisation greater than USD 5 billion and listed on the NYSE or one of the NASDAQ exchange. Market capitalisation is the share price multiplied by the number of shares issued. Companies are included in the Index based on a free float market capitalisation weighted basis. Free float means that only shares available to international investors, rather than all of a company’s issued shares, are used to calculate the Index. Free float market capitalisation is the share price of a company multiplied by the number of shares available to international

Calculations on the NAV: total-return series currency not qualified.
Note — currency risk: the fund is denominated (or hedged) in USD and the chart is in USD. For a euro investor, returns also depend on the EUR/USD exchange rate, up or down.

Method and sources

Source: Invesco. Issuer-declared historical series; inflation: Eurostat and national statistical institutes, latest available August 2026 — for later days the index stays at the last published value (institutes publish with a few weeks’ lag). The «adjusted for inflation» view expresses value in today’s purchasing power for the selected country; volatility always stays nominal, as elsewhere on the site (deflating it would add artificial swings caused by the monthly cadence of the price index). Past performance is not indicative of future results: these are facts, not a recommendation.

Sharpe and Sortino use the ECB main refinancing rate averaged over the period (last year: 2.25%), weighted by days in force, as the risk-free rate. Same formulas as our public methodology: sample standard deviation annualised over 252 days; Sortino with downside deviation. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Exchanges are taken from the official ESMA register (FIRDS) and, where FIRDS does not cover the exchange (London, Zurich) or does not record the current listing, from the issuers’ product lists and documents: the “Exchange source” column says so row by row. Each exchange is a single row, with all its markets and segments. Tickers come from the issuers’ product lists and tax documents or, where indicated, from ISIN→exchange mapping under the open FIGI standard (OpenFIGI). Activity on a dark book, an auction or an ancillary platform does not prove a listing on the exchange that operates it. Rebalix mainly covers venues in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: when the issuer declares current listings in other jurisdictions too, they appear with their source, outside the ESMA register perimeter. Terminated or cancelled listings are not shown. The same fund may trade in different currencies depending on the exchange: check the trading currency with your broker.
