By using Rebalix you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. Rebalix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

Rebalix is a software support tool for personal financial planning. The service lets you: - Record and monitor transactions on ETFs, ETCs and other financial instruments - Set financial-independence goals and monitor progress - Calculate your monthly savings rate - View statistics and projections on your portfolio Rebalix is a support and calculation tool. It is not a financial advisory service, it does not manage money, it does not execute financial transactions, and it is not authorised to provide investment recommendations under applicable regulations.

IMPORTANT: All projections, simulations and calculations provided by Rebalix are indicative and based on the data entered by the user. They do not in any way constitute financial advice, an investment recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risks, including the possible loss of the invested capital. Before making significant financial decisions, consult a qualified financial advisor. Rebalix is not liable for any financial losses arising from the use of the service.

Rebalix is currently in beta. This means that: - The service may contain bugs or inaccuracies - Some features may change or be removed - The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability - During the beta, access is free by invitation Beta users agree to use the service aware of these limitations and are encouraged to report any issues via the Support section.

You are responsible for: - Keeping your login credentials confidential - All activities that occur through your account - Notifying Rebalix immediately in case of unauthorised access Rebalix reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

The financial data you enter in Rebalix is and remains your exclusive property. Rebalix claims no rights over it. You can export your data at any time in CSV format from the Transactions section. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings section.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rebalix is not liable for: - Financial decisions made on the basis of the information provided by the service - Data loss due to force majeure - Temporary service interruptions - Inaccuracies in market data provided by third parties During the beta phase the service is provided free of charge and "as is". Rebalix provides no warranties of any kind regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the service for specific purposes.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the use of the service, the competent court is that of Monza, Italy.
