Invesco S&P 500 UCITS ETF Dist tracks the issuer-declared index: S&P 500® Total Return (Net) Index. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.05%, plus 0.07% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is synthetic replication (via a swap contract); income is distributed to investors. The fund has assets of about 50.7 billion euro, was launched on 26 October 2015 and is domiciled in Ireland. In our registry it is the largest by assets among the 4 ETFs declaring the same index.
Redemption and Dealing of Shares:The Fund's shares are listed on one or more Stock Exchange(s). Investors can buy or sell shares daily through an intermediary directly or on Stock Exchange(s) on which the shares are traded. In exceptional circumstances investors will be permitted to redeem their shares directly from the Umbrella Fund in accordance with the redemption procedures set out in the prospectus, subject to any applicable laws and relevant charges. Investment objective: The objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the S&P 500 Index (the "Index"), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. Investment approach: The Fund is a passively managed ETF. To achieve the objective the Fund will use unfunded swaps ("Swaps"). These Swaps are an agreement between the Fund and an approved counterparty to exchange one stream of cash flows against another stream but do not require the Fund to provide collateral, on the basis that the Fund has already invested in a basket of equities and equity related securities (namely shares). Please note that the Fund will purchase securities that are not contained in the Index. The performance of the Index is swapped from the counterparty to the Fund in exchange for the performance of equities and equity related securities held by the Fund. The Fund uses derivatives for investment purposes. The use of such instruments may impact the magnitude and frequency of the fluctuations in the value of the Fund. The Fund’s ability to track the Index performance is reliant on the counterparties to continuously deliver the performance of the Index in line with the swap agreements. The insolvency of any institutions acting as counterparty to derivatives or other instruments, may expose the Fund to financial loss. The Fund’s base currency is USD.

Market capitalisation is the share price multiplied by the number of shares issued. Companies are included in the Index based on a free float market capitalisation weighted basis.
