Privacy Policy

Rebalix is a support tool for personal financial planning, developed and operated by a private individual based in Italy. We are not a financial institution, we do not provide financial advice, and we do not manage money on behalf of third parties. For any privacy-related request you can contact us at: hello@rebalix.eu

We collect exclusively: - Your email — used only to access the service and for communications about your account. - The financial data you enter yourself (transactions, goals, wealth) — it's yours and stays yours. - Anonymous technical usage data (e.g. pages visited) — only to improve the service. We do not collect: first name, last name, tax code, bank details, payment data, identity documents.

Your data is used exclusively to: - Provide the Rebalix service (access, saving your financial data) - Send you communications about your account (e.g. registration confirmation, beta invitation) - Improve the service based on aggregate, anonymous usage We do not use your data for: advertising, commercial profiling, sale to third parties, or any other purpose not stated in this policy.

Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in the European Union (EU West region). Supabase is compliant with the GDPR and European data-protection regulations. Data transmission always occurs over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you request the deletion of your account, your data is deleted within 30 days of the request. During this period you can cancel the request by logging into your account. After the 30 days, the deletion is permanent and irreversible. You can request deletion from the Settings → Account section, or by writing to hello@rebalix.eu. Any automatic database backups may contain copies of your data for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are overwritten.

As a European user, you have the right to: - Access — request a copy of all the data we hold about you - Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data - Erasure — request the deletion of all your data - Portability — receive your data in a readable format (CSV) - Objection — object to the processing of your data To exercise these rights write to: hello@rebalix.eu

Rebalix uses exclusively technical cookies necessary for the service to function (login session). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. For more information see our Cookie Policy.

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, limited team access to data, and the use of certified providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy in the future. In case of significant changes we will notify you by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after the notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
