Invesco Bloomberg Commodity Carbon Tilted UCITS ETF tracks the issuer-declared index: Bloomberg Commodity Carbon Tilted Total Return Index. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.35%, plus 0.19% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is synthetic replication (via a swap contract). The fund has assets of about 94 million euro, was launched on 26 July 2023 and is domiciled in Ireland.
Investment objective: The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to achieve the total return performance of the Bloomberg Commodity Carbon Tilted Index (the "Index"), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. Investment approach: The Fund is a passively managed ETF. To achieve the objective the Fund will use unfunded swaps ("Swaps"). These Swaps are an agreement between the Fund and an approved counterparty to exchange one stream of cash flows, against another stream. The Fund will not purchase commodities that comprise the index. The Fund holds a diversified basket of US Treasury Bills. The performance of the Index is swapped to the Fund in exchange for an agreed rate of return reflective of US Treasury Bill market rates. The Fund may be required to provide or receive collateral for any difference in the performance of the Index to the return of the US Treasury Bills. The Fund uses derivatives for investment purposes. The use of such instruments may impact the magnitude and frequency of the fluctuations in the value of the Fund. The Fund’s ability to track the Index performance is reliant on the counterparties to continuously deliver the performance of the Index in line with the swap agreements. The insolvency of any institutions acting as counterparty to derivatives or other instruments, may expose the Fund to financial loss. The Fund is an Article 8 Fund (it promotes environmental and/or social characteristics) for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector ("SFDR"). The Fund’s base currency is USD. Dividend Policy: This Fund does not pay a dividend.

The Index: The Index is a variant of the Bloomberg Commodity Index (the "Parent Index") that comprises the same futures on the same component commodities as the Parent Index and seeks to incorporate a measure of the environmental costs associated with the production of the underlying commodities referenced by each futures contract. The Parent Index is designed to be a liquid and diversified benchmark for commodities, composed of commodity futures contracts. Commodities are classified into 6 groups (energy, industrial metals, precious metals, livestock, grains and softs) in the Parent Index ("Parent Index Commodity Groups") and constituents eligible for inclusion are based on four main principles: economic significance, diversification, continuity and liquidity. To group commodities with comparable production processes, the constituent commodities in the Index are reorganised into seven commodity groups (industrial metals,
