The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.50%, plus 0.01% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is physical replication (the KID declares buying all or a substantial number of the index constituents); income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The Share Class is a share class of the Fund which aims to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the STOXX Global Space Satellites and Drones Index, the Fund's benchmark index ("Index"). The Share Class, via the Fund is passively managed and aims to invest so far as possible and practicable in equity securities (e.g. shares) that make up the Index. The Index captures companies with meaningful exposure to the global space, satellite and drone ecosystem. The Index selects companies from the STOXX World AC Universal All Cap Index ("Investible Universe") with minimum size and liquidity requirements applied at each review. Eligible companies must satisfy the minimum revenue threshold requirements across three core subthemes: Space Equipment, Diversified Aerospace and Drones. Companies must also demonstrate qualifying commercial or supply-chain relationships with space agencies, key private aerospace contractors, space and missile equipment manufacturers and /or the broader Artemis-era space ecosystem. The Index excludes issuers that are involved in controversial weapons. Issuers that are classified as violating the United Nations Global Compact principles (which are widely accepted corporate sustainability principles that meet fundamental responsibilities in areas such as anti-corruption, human rights, labour and environment) are also excluded. The Index also excludes issuers with a “Red” ESG Controversies Score pursuant to ESG principles which measure each issuer's involvement in major ESG controversies and how well they adhere to international norms and principles. The Investible Universe is a broad, market cap weighted index designed to represent the performance of the large, mid and small companies from developed and emerging markets. The Index is weighted by free-float market capitalization and is adjusted for foreign ownership restrictions and China inclusion in line with the Investible Universe. The Index rebalances on an annual basis. Index constituents’ weights are capped at each rebalance, and also on a quarterly basis if it is deemed necessary by the index provider. The Fund intends to replicate the Index by holding the equity securities which make up the Index, in similar proportions to it. The investment manager may use financial derivative instruments (“FDIs”) (i.e. investments the prices of which are based on one or more underlying assets) to help achieve the Fund’s investment objectives. FDIs may be used for direct investment purposes. The Fund may also engage in short-term secured lending of its investments to certain eligible third parties to generate additional income to off-set the costs of the Fund. The price of equity securities fluctuates daily and may be influenced by factors affecting the performance of the individual companies issuing the equities, as well as by daily stock market movements, and broader economic and political developments which in turn may affect the value of your investment. Further information about the Fund can be obtained from the latest annual report and half-yearly reports of the iShares IV plc.
