UBS USD Overnight Rate SF ETF USD acc tracks the issuer-declared index: Solactive SOFR Daily Total Return Index. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.05%, plus 0.00% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. The fund was launched on 2 April 2025 and is domiciled in Switzerland.
The subfund aims to match the performance of the underlying Solactive SOFR Daily Total Return Index and hence the performance of the above index, plus an additional cash return on top. The subfund tracks the index synthetically. The subfund invests in financial derivative instruments ("FDIs"), for which UBS AG, London Branch, ("UBS") acts as counterparty. The subfund may also invest in securities (e.g. company shares and bonds issued by companies and countries). According to the terms of the FDIs, the performance of the index is transferred from UBS to the subfund, while the performance of the securities is transferred from the fund to UBS. As a result, the performance of the subfund reflects the performance of the index and is not influenced by the performance of the securities. Sustainability risks are not systematically incorporated, as they are not part of the index selection process. The fund's return depends primarily on the supply of and demand for listed Swiss real estate funds, the performance of interest rates, rental income and real estate income taxes. The return may also be affected by currency fluctuations where active or unhedged positions exist. The sub-fund's income is not distributed, but is reinvested.
