The subfund aims to match the performance of the underlying Solactive SOFR Daily Total Return Index and hence the performance of the above index, plus an additional cash return on top. The subfund tracks the index synthetically. The subfund invests in financial derivative instruments ("FDIs"), for which UBS AG, London Branch, ("UBS") acts as counterparty. The subfund may also invest in securities (e.g. company shares and bonds issued by companies and countries).
