L&G Europe ex-UK Quality Dividends Equal Weight UCITS ETF tracks the issuer-declared index: FTSE Developed Europe ex UK All Cap ex CW ex TC ex REITS Dividend Growth with Quality Net Tax Index. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.25%, plus 0.18% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is sampled physical replication (the KID declares buying a representative sample of constituents); income is distributed to investors. The fund has assets of about 304 million euro, was launched on 15 April 2021 and is domiciled in Ireland.
The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to companies in Europe, excluding the United Kingdom, that are weighted according to their quality characteristics and pay higher than average dividends. The Fund is passively managed and aims to track the performance of the FTSE Developed Europe ex UK All Cap ex CW ex TC ex REITS Dividend Growth with Quality Net Tax Index (the “Index”), before the deduction of fees and expenses. The Index is designed to provide exposure to companies in developed markets in Europe, excluding the United Kingdom, with higher than average dividend and quality characteristics, in accordance with its methodology.

The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective using an optimisation/representative sampling approach and invests in a representative selection of equity securities which, taken together, are expected to have risk and performance characteristics similar to those of the Index. The Fund may also invest in equity related securities and instruments that are not constituents of the Index but have similar risk and performance characteristics, and may use financial derivative instruments for efficient portfolio management or to assist in tracking the performance of the Index. The Fund promotes a range of environmental and social characteristics which are met by tracking the Index. This Share Class aims to pay quarterly dividends out of the Fund's net income by electronic transfer.. Shares in this Share Class (the "Shares") are denominated in EUR and can be bought and sold on stock exchanges by ordinary investors using an intermediary (e.g. a stockbroker). In normal circumstances, only Authorised Participants may buy and sell Shares directly with the Company. Authorised Participants may redeem their Shares on demand in accordance with the "Dealing Timetable" published on http://www.lgim.com.
