L&G USD Corporate Bond Screened UCITS ETF tracks the issuer-declared index: J.P. Morgan ESG Global Credit (GCI) Investment Grade USD Custom Maturity Index. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.09%, plus 0.00% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is sampled physical replication (the KID declares buying a representative sample of constituents); income is distributed to investors. The fund has assets of about 78 million euro, was launched on 21 January 2021 and is domiciled in Ireland. In our registry it is the largest by assets among the 2 ETFs declaring the same index.
The investment objective of the Fund is to provide exposure to the US Dollar-denominated investment grade corporate bond market. The Fund is passively managed and aims to track the performance of the J.P. Morgan Global Credit Index (GCI) ESG Investment Grade USD Custom Maturity Index (the “Index”), before the deduction of fees and expenses. The Index is designed to provide exposure to U.S. dollar denominated investment grade corporate bonds, in accordance with its methodology.

The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective using an optimisation/representative sampling approach and invests in a representative selection of bond securities which, taken together, are expected to have risk and performance characteristics similar to those of the Index. The Fund may also invest in bond related securities and instruments that are not constituents of the Index but have similar risk and performance characteristics, and may use financial derivative instruments for efficient portfolio management or to assist in tracking the performance of the Index. The Fund promotes a range of environmental and social characteristics which are met by tracking the Index. Further information on how such characteristics are met by the Fund can be found in the Fund Supplement. This Share Class aims to pay semi-annual dividends out of the Fund's net income by electronic transfer. Shares in this Share Class (the "Shares") are denominated in USD and can be bought and sold on stock exchanges by ordinary investors using an intermediary (e.g. a stockbroker). In normal circumstances, only Authorised Participants may buy and sell Shares directly with the Company. Authorised Participants may redeem their Shares on demand in accordance with the "Dealing Timetable" published on http://www.lgim.com.

The Fund is not designed for investors who cannot afford more than a minimal loss of their investment.
