Invesco RAFI Europe Fundamental Value UCITS ETF Dist tracks the issuer-declared index: RAFI Fundamental Europe Index NTR. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.39%, plus 0.11% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is physical replication (it buys the index constituents); income is distributed to investors. The fund has assets of about 34 million euro, was launched on 12 November 2007 and is domiciled in Ireland.
- The objective of the Fund is to provide investors with investment results which, before expenses, correspond to the price and yield performance of the RAFI Fundamental Europe Index (Net Total Return) in EUR (the "Index"). - The Fund’s base currency is EUR. - The Index represents the performance of large and mid companies based on their fundamental values from European countries. The Index is constructed from the RAFI Global Equity Investable Universe. The fundamental values are based on four measures from company financial statements: adjusted sales (company sales multiplied by company equity to assets ratio averaged over the past five years); adjusted cash flow (company operating cash flow averaged over the past five years plus company R&D expenses averaged over the past five years); book value plus intangibles (most recent company book value plus research capital with research capital defined as the accumulation of depreciated R&D expenses over the past six years); dividend plus buybacks (average dividends paid and share buybacks over the past five years). - This document provides a summary of the principal features of the Index, the complete description of the Index (available from the Index provider) shall at all times prevail.
