Franklin ClearBridge US Smaller Companies UCITS ETF is an actively managed ETF: it does not track an index — the declared index (Russell 2500 Growth Index-NR) is a comparison yardstick only. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.49%, plus 0.05% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The fund has assets of about 5 million euro, was launched on 29 October 2025 and is domiciled in Ireland.

Investment PolicyThe Fund invests in equities of US companies of small and medium market capitalisation. The Investment Manager defines small and mid-capitalisation stocks as those US stocks which fall within a market cap range of $500 million to the largest constituent of the Benchmark at the time of purchase. To a lesser extent, the fund may invest in securities of non-US issuers such as American Depository Receipts and other US listed equity securities. Derivatives and techniques The Fund may use derivatives for hedging, efficient portfolio management and investment purposes. Strategy In a bottom-up process, the investment manager focuses on an in depth analysis of individual company fundamentals.
