Description

Global Equity Premium Income Active UCITS ETF is an actively managed ETF: it does not track an index — the declared index (NDDUWI) is a comparison yardstick only. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.35%, plus 0.07% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The fund has assets of about 1.4 billion euro, was launched on 30 November 2023 and is domiciled in Ireland. In our registry 1 other ETFs declare the same index.

The fund’s objective — in the issuer’s words

Investment Objective: The objective of the Sub-Fund is to provide income and long-term capital growth.

Keep reading the KID section ▾

Investment Policy:The Sub-Fund pursues an actively-managed investment strategy. The Sub-Fund aims to (i) invest in a portfolio of equity securities of companies, globally and (ii) sell equity call options and/or equity index call options, to generate an income through the associated dividends and options premiums. (i) Equity Portfolio The Sub-Fund aims to invest at least 67% of its assets (excluding assets held for ancillary liquidity purposes) in equity securities of companies, globally. Issuers of these securities may be located in any country, including emerging markets. (ii) Equity Call Options/Equity Index Call Options The Sub-Fund will not seek to track the performance of or replicate the benchmark, rather the Sub-Fund will hold a portfolio of equity securities (which may include but will not be limited to Benchmark Securities) which is actively selected and managed with the aim of contributing to the Sub-Fund's objective of providing an income. The Investment Manager may overweight the securities which it considers most undervalued and underweight or not invest at all in securities which the Investment Manager considers most overvalued. The Sub-Fund may, for investment purposes and efficient portfolio management purposes, use financial derivative instruments. The degree to which the Sub-Fund may resemble the composition and risk characteristics of the Benchmark will vary over time and its performance may be meaningfully different. USD is the base currency of the Sub-Fund. The Investment Manager seeks additional income through employing a financial derivative instrument ("FDI") overlay strategy which will be implemented by systematically selling equity call options and/or equity index call options which will typically have exposure to indices comprised of Benchmark Securities. However, investors should also note that the losses from the sale of equity call options and/or equity index call options may also offset the Sub-Fund's profits from increases in the value of the equity portfolio. The Benchmark consists of large and mid-capitalisation stocks issued by issuers in 23 developed markets globally ("Benchmark Securities"). The Benchmark has been included as a point of reference against which the performance of the Sub-Fund may be measured and as it reflects the main investment universe and strategy for the Sub-Fund.

Redemption and Dealing:Shares of the Sub-Fund are traded on one or more stock exchanges. Certain market makers and brokers may subscribe and redeem Shares directly with JPMorgan ETFs (Ireland) ICAV, and are referred to as "Authorised Participants". Other investors who are not Authorised Participants can purchase and sell Shares daily on a recognised stock exchange or over-the-counter. Benchmark: MSCI World Index (Total Return Net).

Distribution Policy:This Share Class will not pay dividends. For an explanation of some of the terms used in this document, please visit the glossary on our website at www.jpmorganassetmanagement.ie.

From month-end NAVs, over the fund’s full history, on the series shown in the chart (dividends reinvested where declared). Deeper colour = larger move.
Source: JPMorgan. Issuer-declared historical series; inflation: Eurostat and national statistical institutes, latest available July 2026 — for later days the index stays at the last published value (institutes publish with a few weeks’ lag). The «adjusted for inflation» view expresses value in today’s purchasing power for the selected country; volatility always stays nominal, as elsewhere on the site (deflating it would add artificial swings caused by the monthly cadence of the price index). Past performance is not indicative of future results: these are facts, not a recommendation.
