Invesco S&P 500 Scored & Screened UCITS ETF EUR Hdg Acc tracks the issuer-declared index: S&P 500 Scored & Screened EUR Daily Hedged NTR Index. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.09%, plus 0.40% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Replication is synthetic replication (via a swap contract); income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The fund has assets of about 3.2 billion euro, was launched on 5 November 2021 and is domiciled in Ireland.
Investment objective: The objective of the Fund is to achieve the net total return performance of the S&P 500 Scored & Screened Index (the "Index"), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. Investment approach: The Fund is a passively managed ETF. To achieve the objective the Fund will use unfunded swaps ("Swaps"). These Swaps are an agreement between the Fund and an approved counterparty to exchange one stream of cash flows against another stream but do not require the Fund to provide collateral, on the basis that the Fund has already invested in a basket of equities and equity related securities (namely shares). Please note that the Fund will purchase securities that are not contained in the Index. The performance of the Index is swapped from the counterparty to the Fund in exchange for the performance of equities and equity related securities held by the Fund. The Fund uses derivatives for investment purposes. The use of such instruments may impact the magnitude and frequency of the fluctuations in the value of the Fund. The Fund’s ability to track the Index performance is reliant on the counterparties to continuously deliver the performance of the Index in line with the swap agreements. The insolvency of any institutions acting as counterparty to derivatives or other instruments, may expose the Fund to financial loss. The Fund is an Article 8 Fund (it promotes environmental and/or social characteristics) for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability related disclosures in the financial services sector ("SFDR"). The Fund’s base currency is USD. The Share Class currency is EUR. To minimise exposure to fluctuations in the exchange rate between the Fund's base currency and the Share Class currency, the Share Class enters into foreign exchange transactions (typically FX forwards). Currency hedging between the base currency of the Fund and the currency of the share class may not completely eliminate the currency risk between those two currencies and may affect the performance of the share class. Dividend Policy: This Share Class does not pay you income, but instead reinvests it to grow your capital, in line with its stated objectives.

The Index: The Index is a broad-based, market-cap-weighted index that is designed to measure the performance of securities meeting sustainability criteria, while maintaining similar overall industry group weights as the S&P 500 Index (the "Parent Index"). The Parent Index is an index of listed equities which focuses on the large cap segment of the US market. It includes 500 US companies with a market capitalisation greater than 5 billion USD and listed on the NYSE or one of the NASDAQ exchanges. Index constituents are selected by the Parent Index committee using a series of rules as guidelines.
