Amundi EUR Ultra Short-Term Bond Active UCITS ETF Acc is an actively managed ETF: it does not track an index — the declared index (ESTR Volume Weighted Trimmed Mean Rate) is a comparison yardstick only. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.18%, plus 0.15% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The fund has assets of about 53 million euro, was launched on 4 June 2026 and is domiciled in Ireland.
The Sub-Fund is actively managed by reference to and seeks to outperform (after applicable fees) the euro short-term rate (€STR) Index (the “Benchmark”) over a recommended holding period of at least 1 year without targeting a particular level of outperformance. There is no benchmark used as a reference for portfolio construction. The Benchmark may only serve as a reference indicator for assessing the SubFund's performance. There are no constraints relative to the Benchmark regarding portfolio construction. The Sub-Fund invests at least 70% of its net assets in fixed and floating rate euro-denominated, investment-grade corporate and government bonds, as well as money market instruments, including government bills and commercial papers, issued by entities located in OECD countries. At any time the portfolio includes at least 20% of securities with maturities exceeding two years. Additionally, the Sub-Fund may invest in bonds and money market instruments, including government bills and commercial papers, issued by non-OECD issuers, as well as securities denominated in currencies other than the euro, provided that such currency exposures are principally hedged back to euro. The Sub-Fund may also invest in high yield (non-investment grade) bonds. While complying with the above strategies, the Sub-Fund may also invest for up to 10% of net assets in other UCITS and, undertakings for collective investment (“UCI”) in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank. The Sub-Fund may use futures, options, forwards and/or swaps for hedging and efficient portfolio management purposes and may engage in securities financing transactions. The active investment process combines fundamentally-driven top-down and bottom-up strategies to build a diversified portfolio of high-quality, shortduration fixed income securities. The Sub-Fund is classified as Article 8 under Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (known as the "Disclosure Regulation"). The positive contribution of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria can be taken into account in investment decisions, without necessarily being a determining factor in that decision-making. The Sub-Fund seeks for its portfolio to achieve an ESG score greater than ICE BOFA 1-3 YEAR GLOBAL CORPORATE Index. The Sub-Fund does not target any particular outperformance of its ESG score compared to its investment universe.
