iShares MSCI All Country World Swap UCITS ETF tracks the issuer-declared index: MSCI All Country World Index (Net). Replication is synthetic replication via a swap contract, as the KID declares; income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The fund has assets of about 91 million euro, was launched on 24 February 2026 and is domiciled in Ireland. In our registry 2 other ETFs declare the same index.

The fund’s objective — in the issuer’s words

The Share Class is a share class of a Fund which aims to achieve a return on your investment, through a combination of capital growth and income on the Fund’s assets, which reflects the return of the MSCI ACWI Index, the Fund’s benchmark index (Index).

Keep reading the KID section ▾

The Fund is passively managed and invests in financial derivative instruments (FDIs). In particular, it will enter into unfunded total return swaps in order to achieve its investment objective. A swap agreement is typically used to achieve a specified return determined by an underlying such as a return on an index. When using unfunded total return swaps, the Fund will invest its cash in global developed market equity securities (shares) the return on which will be paid to the swap counterparties to meet the Fund's payment obligations under the terms of the unfunded total return swaps. Where investment in total return swaps is not possible or practicable, the Fund may also gain exposure to the Index through investment in other FDIs such as options and non-deliverable futures, through investment in other funds and / or through direct investment in a portfolio of equity securities that, as far as possible and practicable, consists of the component securities of the Benchmark Index. The Index measures the performance of large and mid-capitalisation stocks across developed and emerging market countries and is a free float-adjusted market capitalisation weighted index. Free float-adjusted means that only shares readily available in the market rather than all of a company’s issued shares are used in calculating the Index. Free float-adjusted market capitalisation is the share price of a company multiplied by the number of shares readily available in the market. The Index rebalances on a quarterly basis. The Fund intends to track the performance of the Index by gaining an indirect exposure to it via FDIs, particularly unfunded total return swaps. The price of an FDI changes on a daily basis depending on the value of the underlying reference asset(s) which in turn may affect the value of your investment. A change in the value of underlying reference assets can have a greater impact on the value of FDIs than if the assets were held directly by the Fund since FDIs can be more sensitive to changes in the value of underlying reference assets. The relationship between the return on your investment, how it is impacted and the period for which you hold your investment is considered below (see “How long should I hold it and can I take my money out early?”).

The depositary of the Fund is State Street Custodial Services (Ireland) Limited. Using unfunded total return swaps may result in a ‘swap spread’, which is the overall economic impact of the swaps and is reflected in the Fund’s NAV. The weighted average swap spread in respect of the Fund is available on the BlackRock website at www.blackrock.com Further information about the Fund can be obtained from the latest annual report and half-yearly reports of the iShares VI plc. These documents are available free of charge in English and certain other languages. These can be found, along with other (practical) information, including prices of units, on the iShares website at: www.ishares.com or by calling +49 89427295800 or from your broker or financial adviser.

Your shares will be accumulating shares (i.e. income will be included in their value). Your shares will be denominated in US Dollar, the Fund's base currency. The shares are listed and traded on various stock exchanges. In normal circumstances, only authorised participants may buy and sell shares directly with the Fund. Investors who are not authorised participants (e.g. select financial institutions) can generally only buy or sell the shares on the secondary market (e.g. via a broker on a stock exchange) at the then prevailing market price. The value of the shares are related to the value of the underlying assets of the Fund, less costs (see “What are the costs?” below). The prevailing market price at which the shares trade on the secondary market may deviate from the value of the Shares. Indicative net asset value is published on relevant stock exchanges websites.

Intended retail investor:The Fund is intended for retail investors with the ability to bear losses up to the amount invested in the Fund (see “How long should I hold it and can I take my money out early?”).

Insurance benefits:The Fund does not offer any insurance benefits.

Accumulating class: income is reinvested inside the fund and already reflected in the NAV; no distribution is left out of the chart.
Calculations on the NAV: issuer total-return series too short.
Precision: the historical NAV series available for this share class has 2 decimals (93% of the points in the last year) and on this share price one cent is worth up to 0.22%: annual returns, volatility and drawdowns may differ from those computed on a series with more decimals.
Note — currency risk: the fund is denominated (or hedged) in USD and the chart is in USD. For a euro investor, returns also depend on the EUR/USD exchange rate, up or down.
Tip: drag across the chart to zoom into a period.

Drawdown — distance from previous peak

This isn’t the return: it shows how far the fund is below its previous peak. 0% = you’re at the peak; below zero = how much you’re down and haven’t recovered yet.

Method and sources

Source: iShares. Issuer-declared historical series; inflation: Eurostat and national statistical institutes, latest available August 2026 — for later days the index stays at the last published value (institutes publish with a few weeks’ lag). The «adjusted for inflation» view expresses value in today’s purchasing power for the selected country; volatility always stays nominal, as elsewhere on the site (deflating it would add artificial swings caused by the monthly cadence of the price index). Past performance is not indicative of future results: these are facts, not a recommendation.

Windows longer than the available price history cannot be computed and are not shown: they will appear on their own as time passes. Computed from the daily NAV series, always in nominal terms. Sharpe and Sortino use the ECB main refinancing rate averaged over the period (last year: 2.31%), weighted by days in force, as the risk-free rate. Same formulas as our public methodology: sample standard deviation annualised over 252 days; Sortino with downside deviation. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Each row is one exchange: the operator with all its markets and segments (regulated market and Freiverkehr included). “Registered since”: admission date in the ESMA register (FIRDS), not necessarily the first trading day; a dash = date not recorded in the sources.
+ 5 other trading platforms (platforms for professional participants and segments without admission to listing, such as an exchange operator’s dark books or auctions): they are not exchanges and are not listed.
Exchanges are taken from the official ESMA register (FIRDS) and, where FIRDS does not cover the exchange (London, Zurich) or does not record the current listing, from the issuers’ product lists and documents: the “Exchange source” column says so row by row. Each exchange is a single row, with all its markets and segments. Tickers come from the issuers’ product lists and tax documents or, where indicated, from ISIN→exchange mapping under the open FIGI standard (OpenFIGI). Activity on a dark book, an auction or an ancillary platform does not prove a listing on the exchange that operates it. Rebalix mainly covers venues in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: when the issuer declares current listings in other jurisdictions too, they appear with their source, outside the ESMA register perimeter. Terminated or cancelled listings are not shown. The same fund may trade in different currencies depending on the exchange: check the trading currency with your broker.
