Global Equity Active UCITS ETF is an actively managed ETF: it does not track an index — the declared index (NDUEACWF) is a comparison yardstick only. Mind the share class: this is the version hedged to EUR — returns reflect the index plus the effect (and cost) of hedging into that currency. The declared annual cost (TER) is 0.47%, plus 0.52% in transaction costs estimated by the issuer in the KID. Income is accumulated and reinvested in the fund. The fund has assets of about 14 million euro, was launched on 16 June 2026 and is domiciled in Ireland. In our registry 3 other ETFs declare the same index.
Investment Objective: The objective of the Sub-Fund is to achieve a longterm return in excess of the Benchmark by actively investing primarily in a portfolio of companies globally.

Investment Policy:The Sub-Fund pursues an actively-managed investment strategy. The Sub-Fund aims to invest at least 67% of its assets (excluding assets held for ancillary liquidity purposes) in equity securities of companies globally. Companies issuing these securities may be located in any country, including developed and emerging markets. The Sub-Fund systematically includes ESG analysis in its investment decisions on at least 90% of securities purchased. Pursuant to the Investment Manager's ESG analysis, at least 51% of the Sub-Fund's Net Asset Value is invested in companies with positive environmental and/or social characteristics that follow good governance practices as measured through the Investment Manager's proprietary ESG scoring methodology and/or third party data. In addition to ESG Integration, as an SFDR Article 8 fund, the Sub-Fund promotes environmental and/or social characteristics. The Sub-Fund also invests at least 20% of the Sub-Fund's Net Asset Value in Sustainable Investments, as defined under SFDR, contributing to environmental or social objectives. In addition, the Investment Manager evaluates and applies values and norms based screening to implement exclusions on certain industries and companies based on specific ESG criteria and/or minimum standards of business practice based on international norms. To support this screening, the Investment Manager relies on third party provider(s) who identify a company's participation in or the revenue which they derive from activities that are inconsistent with the values and norms based screens. Further details on the screening process can be found below and in the Sub-Fund's exclusion policy which can be found on https://am. jpmorgan.com/content/dam/jpm-am-aem/emea/regional/en/policies/ exclusion-policy/jpm-etf-icav-global-equity-active-ucits-exclusion-policyce-en.pdf. The Sub-Fund will seek to outperform the Benchmark over the long term. The Sub-Fund may invest in companies across all capitalization sectors, including in small-capitalisation companies. The Benchmark consists of large and mid-capitalisation stocks issued by companies in developed markets and emerging markets globally ("Benchmark Securities"). The constituents and countries may be subject to change over time. Further details on the Benchmark, including its components and performance, are available at https://www.msci.com. The Benchmark has been included as a point of reference against which the performance of the Sub-Fund may be measured. The Benchmark has been included as a point of reference against which the performance of the Sub-Fund may be measured. The degree to which the Sub-Fund may resemble the composition and risk characteristics of the Benchmark will vary over time and its performance may be meaningfully different. The Sub-Fund will not seek to track the performance of or replicate the Benchmark, rather the Sub-Fund will hold a portfolio of equity securities (which may include but will not be limited to Benchmark Securities) which is actively selected and managed with the aim of delivering an investment performance which exceeds that of the Benchmark over the longterm. While the Sub-Fund is managed with the aim of delivering an investment performance (net of fees) which exceeds that of the Benchmark over the long-term, there is no guarantee of any outperformance. In order to seek to achieve this, the Investment Manager employs a bottom-up approach to stock selection, and the Sub-Fund will leverage on the expertise of the Investment Manager's fundamental and quantitative research analysis. The degree to which the Sub-Fund may resemble the composition and risk characteristics of the Benchmark will vary over time and its performance may be meaningfully different. The Sub-Fund may invest in assets denominated in any currency and currency exposure will be typically unhedged. The Sub-Fund may, for efficient portfolio management and investment purposes, use financial derivative instruments ("FDI"). The Investment Manager also integrates financially material environmental, social and governance ("ESG") issues as part of the SubFund's investment process ("ESG Integration"). ESG Integration is the systematic inclusion of ESG issues in investment analysis and investment decisions with the goals of managing risk and improving long-term returns. ESG Integration by itself focuses on financial materiality and is therefore only part of a broader investment process. It is only one of the factors alongside the other factors, as described in the "Investment Policy" section, to be considered in portfolio construction. USD is the base currency of the Sub-Fund. This Share Class seeks to minimise the effect of currency fluctuations between the currency of certain (but not necessarily all) assets of the SubFund and the Reference Currency of this Share Class (EUR).
Redemption and Dealing:Shares of the Sub-Fund are traded on one or more stock exchanges. Certain market makers and brokers may subscribe and redeem Shares directly with JPMorgan ETFs (Ireland) ICAV, and are referred to as "Authorised Participants". Other investors who are not Authorised Participants can purchase and sell Shares daily on a recognised stock exchange or over-the-counter. Benchmark: MSCI ACWI Index.
