The Amundi Finanzen.net MSCI World UCITS ETF Fund is a UCITS ETF-type feeder fund. The Fund therefore continuously invests 85% or more of its assets in the shares of the Amundi MSCI World UCITS ETF sub-fund (the "MASTER UCITS"), which is a sub-fund of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle ("ICAV") Amundi ETF ICAV (the "ICAV"), which is managed by Amundi Ireland Ltd. The Fund invests in the USD-denominated "Acc" share class of the MASTER UCITS. The ISIN code for this share class is IE000BI8OT95. The Fund's management objective is to invest close to 100% of its net assets in shares of the MASTER UCITS The Fund may also, on an ancillary basis, hold cash and/or invest in financial contracts for hedging purposes. The Fund's performance will differ from that of the MASTER UCITS due to the costs incurred by the Fund, any retrocessions for the Fund (in respect of its investments in the MASTER UCITS) and/or the cash held by the Fund. The anticipated ex-post tracking error with respect to the MASTER UCITS benchmark is indicated in the Fund's prospectus. Reminder of the investment objective and strategy of the MASTER UCITS: The MASTER UCITS is passively managed. The MASTER UCITS aims to replicate the performance of the MSCI World Index (the "Index"). The MASTER UCITS aims to achieve a tracking error between the MASTER UCITS and its Index that does not normally exceed 1%. The Index is broad and comprises global stocks representative of large- and mid-cap markets in developed countries. Net dividends are reinvested, i.e. the performance of the Index includes the net dividends distributed by the shares within it. Further information regarding the composition and operating rules of the Index is available in the prospectus and at www.msci.com The value of the Index is available via Bloomberg (NDDUWI). Exposure to the Index will be achieved through direct replication, primarily by investing directly in transferable securities and/or other eligible assets representing the components of the Index in a very similar proportion to how they appear in the Index. For investment and/or efficient portfolio management purposes, the Investment Manager may use derivative instruments to manage the entry and exit of capital and derivatives that relate to the Index or its components. In order to generate additional income to offset its costs, the MASTER UCITS may also enter into securities lending transactions.
