The Fund is an actively managed UCITS. By subscribing to Amundi Label ISR Credit EUR UCITS ETF, you invest in an actively managed UCITS whose investment objective is to obtain an exposure to fixed-rate, investment grade bonds denominated in euros and issued by corporates, while improving environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria in the process of selecting and analysing the portfolio's securities relative to the Bloomberg Euro Corporate Bond Index (the "Benchmark Indicator"). The Benchmark Indicator is the Bloomberg Euro Corporate Bond Index index, denominated in euros, net coupons reinvested (net return), meaning that the performance of the Benchmark Indicator includes the coupons net of taxes paid by the securities that make it up. The Fund promotes environmental and/or social characteristics within the meaning of Article 8 of the Disclosure Regulation. The Fund complies with the requirements of the French Investissement Socialement Responsable (ISR) label (the "ISR Label"), which it holds. The investment universe of the FCP consists of the securities of the Benchmark Indicator (the "Investment Universe"). Starting from this Investment Universe, the FCP implements an SRI strategy based on the systematic combination of the following approaches: i. an approach of norm-based and sector exclusions on the basis of environmental, social and governance criteria as described in its prospectus. The FCP will also apply the exclusions relating to the Paris-Aligned indices of the EU Climate Benchmarks regulation, and those relating to Amundi's Responsible Investment Policy; ii. a "selectivity" approach: reduction of at least 30% of the securities of the Investment Universe on the basis of their ESG rating and the exclusions described above; iii. an approach of reducing the ex-ante performance gap between the FCP and its Benchmark Indicator ("Tracking Error") with "impact improvement": the manager will implement a systematic optimisation process aiming to minimise the Tracking Error, which is expected to be within a range of 0,5% to 1% under normal market conditions, and to limit the portfolio's sector deviations relative to the Benchmark Indicator. This process will take into account financial criteria such as price history, volatility, transaction costs, correlation between assets and the weighting of the securities of the Benchmark Indicator). This will result in a reweighting of the securities in the FCP's portfolio. The limits of the approach adopted are described in the FCP's prospectus through risk factors such as sustainability risk. The ESG score of companies is calculated by Amundi using raw data, models and estimates collected/calculated using methods specific to each provider. Due to the lack of standardisation and the uniqueness of each methodology, the information provided may be incomplete. The extra-financial coverage rate represents more than 90% of the securities that make up the Investment Universe. The Fund may enter into temporary securities lending and borrowing transactions. Forward financial instruments ("FFIs") may also be used for hedging purposes. The Benchmark Indicator is available at bloomberg.com/indices.
