The Fund is a passively managed index-tracking UCITS. The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate, as closely as possible, the performance in dollars of the S&P Global Luxury Index (the "Benchmark Indicator"), denominated in USD, whatever its evolution, positive or negative. The Benchmark Indicator is composed of the shares of the largest publicly listed companies engaged in the production or distribution of luxury goods or the provision of luxury services. The management aims to obtain the smallest possible gap between the evolution of the Fund's net asset value and that of its Benchmark Indicator converted into euros. Thus, the tracking error objective (the "Tracking Error"), under usual market conditions, is indicated in the Fund's prospectus. The Benchmark Indicator, net dividends reinvested (dividends net of taxes paid by the shares making up the Benchmark Indicator are included in the calculation of the S&P Global Luxury Index), is calculated and published by the index provider S&P. S&P's website (www.spdji.com) contains more detailed information about the S&P indices. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective via indirect replication, which means that the Fund will use (i) the purchase of a basket of balance-sheet assets, in particular international equities, and (ii) the conclusion of an over-the-counter forward exchange contract allowing the Fund to achieve its investment objective by transforming the exposure to its balance-sheet assets into an exposure to the Benchmark Indicator. Information on (i) the updated composition of the basket of balance-sheet assets held in the Fund's portfolio and (ii) the market value of the forward exchange transaction concluded by the Fund is available on the page dedicated to the Fund accessible on the website www.amundi.com. The Fund is eligible for the French Plan d'Épargne en Actions (PEA) and consequently invests a minimum of 75 % of its assets in shares of European Union companies.
