Investment objective: The investment objective of the Fund is to seek to achieve the total return performance of the Bloomberg Ex-Agriculture and Livestock 20/30 Capped Index (the "Index"), less fees, expenses and transaction costs. Investment approach: The Fund is a passively managed ETF. To achieve the objective the Fund will use unfunded swaps ("Swaps"). These Swaps are an agreement between the Fund and an approved counterparty to exchange one stream of cash flows, against another stream. The Fund will not purchase commodities that comprise the index.…
