The Fund is passively managed and seeks to track performance of the Nasdaq-100 Sustainable ESG Select Index (the 'Index'). The Index is designed to measure the performance of domestic and international non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market which meet certain Environmental, Social and Governance ('ESG') criteria while avoiding companies violating, or are at risk of violating, any of the UN Global Compact Principles and other international standards such as the OECD Guidelines and UN Guiding Principles.
