The sub-fund aims to reflect the long-term performance of gold, once the commission and charges (including the CO2 reduction costs) paid by the sub-fund have been deducted. The sub-fund invests in physical gold, generally in 12.5kg bars with purity of 995/1,000 that are classified as "carbon neutral" in accordance with the PAS 2060 – Carbon Neutrality standard. "Carbon neutral" means that no new greenhouse gases are emitted and the annual CO2 emissions for the entire life cycle of the carbon neutral gold are reduced by at least 1% p.a. To cover the costs…
